We provide staffing and recruitment services, including temporary staffing, direct-hire placement, and talent consulting, within Texas and beyond. Services may be altered or discontinued at our discretion.

Users must use our site and services lawfully and refrain from activity that violates statutes, regulations, or the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content—text, graphics, logos, images—is owned by Talent Finders Inc. or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international IP laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. At-Will Employment

Talent Finders Inc. operates in Texas, where employment is generally “at-will.” Either party may terminate a placement or working relationship at any time, for any legal reason, with or without notice 

7. Independent Contractor Classification

For temporary assignments, staffing in Texas must comply with Texas Labor Code §201.029. In many cases, we act as the employer of record for workforce classification purposes 

8. Licensing

While Texas does not require state-level licensing for staffing agencies, we adhere to regulatory and local licensing requirements as applicable 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid, if any, for the services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Talent Finders Inc., its officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by Texas law, notwithstanding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas .

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms anytime. Revised Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
